Hypothesis
Where levirate or sororate remarriage is present (versus when it is not), tie-breaking customs are more likely to be present (219).
Note
The presence of levirate remarriage and the presence of sororate remarriage were both significantly (p<.05) and positively associated with four of seven tie-breaking customs.
